D.I.S.C. opened a satellite office in Beverly Hills, CA in October 2009. Doctors from D.I.S.C. and the Soft Tissue Center at D.I.S.C. will rotate through this satellite office.

D.I.S.C. Newport Beach, CA is planned to open in late summer 2011. This will be complete with a Soft Tissue Center at D.I.S.C. and the staff will rotate through this facility as well. Unlike the Beverly Hills location, which is clinic space only, the Newport Beach facility will have a rehab area, strength and conditioning component, clinic space, and two operating rooms. An independent imaging facility will be nearby.

D.I.S.C. is continuing with its professional sports official positions. These positions include the Official Medical Center for the Los Angeles Kings, USA Men's Volleyball and USA Beach Volleyball. David Veleasquez, DC, CCSP has served as the Team Chiropractor for USA Men's Volleyball for four years.

The Soft Tissue Center at DISC has added MedX as an additional tool for neck and low back rehabilitation. William K. Bergman, PhD has a long history with MedX and oversees the MedX rehab protocols. This form of rehabilitation adds to the services the Soft Tissue Center at DISC provides, which includes: diagnostic services, soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization and manipulation as indicated, low-tech rehab, MedX rehab, acupuncture and oriental medicine, and nutrition. This will be available in Newport Beach as well.
