This book can be found at any major retail chain or at Amazon.com. This work that lead to this book has drawn many accolades by NHL stars. Here is what a few of them had to say:

Wayne Gretzky - "Joseph Horrigan's dedication and reputation in treating injured athletes speaks for itself. He is one of the very best".

Luc Robitaille - "Anybody who loves this game and wants to achieve a different level of play should read this book. It is a good guideline to help you with philosophy of training, injury prevention, and motivation".

Ray Ferraro - "I started the program three years ago, after watching the improvements of Luc Robitaille over the course of the season. I was coming off two knee surgeries, and my speed and strength combined with my age had my career in doubt. The power, quickness and overall body strength achieved by following the program was amazing. I had the best overall year of my career at age 36. I truly owe the extension of my career to Joe and his program".

Brad Hunt, Sports Agent - "Hockey is a game of speed and strength. No one understands the finer points of speed and strength conditioning better than Doc Kreis".

Taylor Sports Publishing
